Unique, Elegant Australian Wines

about us
Bushland Vignerons is co-owned and operated by Catriona Forrester and Justin Morgan-Cooper, two Aussies who are based out of Mexico City. Throughout our careers we have had direct exposure to the technical elements of viticulture and viniculture. We are humbled to represent a focused portfolio that we distribute through one of the very best wholesale networks in the Americas.

As passionate Australians living abroad, we both spend significant time in Latin America spreading the word about the wineries we represent and are committed to doing everything we can to support and help educate Distributors, Retailers and Restaurateurs that we work with. Our wines are most commonly found in independent restaurants, wine stores and some select regional groups. We are very grateful to have the opportunity to share the wines from these wonderful families with you.

Born and raised in Sydney. During a 30 year career in financial services, Justin developed a passion for all things wine.  In 2018 he bought small farm in the remote and rugged emerging wine region of the East Coast of Tasmania. From this point, he established a 3 hectare vineyard, learning all the technical elements, “literally from the ground up” the process of wine production - from the characteristics and quality of the grapes harvested, which directly impact the final flavour and style of the wine produced.  Justin enjoys a glass wine or three, directly owning and building a vineyard from scratch provided him with a deeper appreciation of what goes into every glass of liquid gold. This time also allowed Justin to establish a unique network of family owned, single vineyard producers in the region.  Now living in Mexico City, and recently a Non-Executive Director of the ANZMEX Business Council, has enabled Justin to foster a sound network of Australian and Latin American friends to share our passion of Bushland Vignerons.

He loves nothing more than a Aussie Chardonnay and is somewhat biased towards anything from Tasmania.
